Returns & Exchanges

At this time, Qasd does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and details carefully before placing your order.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at co.qasd@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

As Qasd does not currently offer returns or exchanges, all items are considered final sale, including sale items and gift cards.

We appreciate your understanding as we operate intentionally and grow carefully.

Measurements may vary slightly due to the nature of garment production. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.
